Sayings

-Jackie and Hill were watching Wizard of Oz together on the couch earlier this week and I overheard Jackie ask Hill if she would please lightly tickle her feet while they watched. Hill said no and Jackie started begging her ("it's so easy! Just like this.") H still said no and Jack was not happy at all.

-Hill walked in class the other day and told her teacher "Jackie says my eyes are blue." Her teacher responded "They are! What color are my eyes?" Hill responded "Purple."

-Ben looked at my coffee and said "Ewwww... Cop-cee" 

After the party...

The girls received colored balls that changed the color of their bath water. This was huge. 

The next morning, Jack and Benny were feeling the love. We had Evelyn's birthday party and got her Aladdin Legos. It was hard to part w this blessed gift, believe me. I almost got arrested for trying to re-use the pirate fairy gift bag she received at her party from Aunt D. 

This was hot potato w a snowball (Frozen themed). Member how stressful this game is? 

They colored Frozen tshirts. I legit wanted my own tshirt to color. 

Cake. I forgot Benny likes to eat pizza and cake and at one point he turned my face toward him with both his hands and said "mommy. Cake."

Back at the home front....

Hills

They had a really nice afternoon/evening just playing. And not fighting at all. Sometimes the stars align and it is a beautful thing. 

BBB loves selfies. He leans in to indicate he's game. He ate Jack's let ketchup off her plate when she was done her nuggets and she said "I saw that, Ben. You're on it, man."

They made snow. 

Super proud. 

New aquarium. Ben and Hills couldn't get enough. We also toured a local public school today. A girl Hilly's age who we are acquainted with loves potty talk and said to her "poopy" and Hilly just lost her mind laughing. She responded with "toots" and the girls was tickled. They just stood there exchanging potty words and truth be told, it was hilarious. 

You can't tell but Hill was writing her name. 

Fam Bday Party for Jax

I am sometimes struck by the beauty of Hannie, our wild beast. 

Fri afternoon I was chatting w my mom friends and Jack stole my phone in the car. Captured the anarchy. 

Fri night- last min cake request change. Elsa to Minnie. In celebration of our upcoming Disney trips.

Birthday fun

Daddy-Jackie birthday lunch and movie (Paddington) date on a rainy Sunday. 

We missed them terribly but H got BBB to play School w her. 

Benny needs a haircut again. This is a full time job! Anyway, that night we planned to get together w our gymnastics friends and thankfully they ended up coming to us.  Sunday was miserable and I didn't leave the house once. 

Monday? Sunday? I loved Jack's hand on Lou. 

After our friends left it was like 10pm and Jack wanted to do selfies. She asked what the lines on my forehead are. 

Monday yoga. 

Monday pool. 

Tues snuggles. 

Hilly loves meatballs and had them for breakfast Tues. 

P and Abby and Kyle came to play. I told Jack she may not be at school w p next year. She paused and said "Are you being truth?" She was pretty shocked. It makes me sad too, but I am confident they will remain friends. When I picked Jack up at school today they just stood in front of the classroom hugging. 

Benny has taken coloring seriously lately. He is soooo proud of his final work product. 

I did a Pampered Chef meal cooking thing this morning. It was insane and words can't even express the oddities of what I got myself into. But all the kids played well and had a picnic lunch in Betsy's living room.

Me and my boo before bed tonight. At school she ran into my arms and I said "I missed you!!" And she said "you miss me when I was in your belly!" (Obsessed w pregnant people bc 99% of my mom friends are pregs right now).
