Halloween 2011

Above is the beginning of the grand parade that occurred at Jack's daycare. I don't think either Jim or myself were prepared for the level of festivity that Halloween brings...
Jackie was beside herself as she made her way down the sidewalk. She was so excited to see Jim that she kept yelling "Dada!" And then she saw a dog, which topped off her happiness.
We arrived at a playground where Jax stopped to take a breather.
And posed with Dada. Hill slept soundly most of the time, but Jackie's best friend, Will (the shark, below) was enthralled. He has a thing for Higg*ns' gals- can you blame him?

We played on the swings and posed with mama.

Here is the picture where she spotted the dog. The dog belonged to my friend from work (who is pictured in the background).

Anyway, we had to bring a snack to the park. I signed up for pumpkin cookies or something, but bought brownies instead. The baking mood just didn't hit me this weekend and I rightly figured that things would be so chaotic that nobody would notice if I brought anything at all, let alone the right dessert!
