Back in the DE

Obvi we jumped right into the fun and started Mon off w a play date w P and crew at park. Jack LOVED looking in this mirror w P and was laughing about it for the rest of the day. 

That night was gym. 

Watching BBB become a boy- developing the desire to socialize w other kids, etc... Makes my heart explode. I just love him so much. 

This boy treated him like crap, btw. His dad kept yelling at him but I've learned that sometimes, children's urges to mistreat younger kids are strong and inevitable and it sucks. He's lucky I've learned this. 

We officially joined this athletic club w an awesome indoor pool. 

Yesterday we played w glitter and I regret it every time I look in the mirror and see my scalp glittering. 

I took my first spin class today. The kids stayed in the childcare part of the gym for an hour w their friends. Benny boy had a sleepover w his BFF, Drew. How sweet is that? I went to pick up the kids and Hilly had her face buried in Jack's lap and was weeping. Jack was comforting her. Jack told me a teacher told Hill not to climb on a chair bc she might get hurt. She's a sensitive soul, dude. It happens. 

But Hill was soooo proud that she was in a classroom and kept saying "it was so fun! It was crazy!" And also kept asking to go back.
