Loving Emily

On to today- observation day in gym for the girls. Receiving their medals. 

Jack has always loved receiving medals. 

It's tough to tell but H was sooooo excited about me observing. She kept getting up to tell Miss Alicia (pictured below and also her fave person on earth) in a whisper that her mommy was watching. 

Both girls improved by leaps and bounds from last year. Jack in particular. She mastered the back roll, flips on the bars, etc.. I try to emphasize with her that practice pays off and she responded "I'm kind of proud of myself." Exactly!!! I want these girls to be scrappy to get what they want- to work for it- whatever "it" may be. 

Then we hit up the Flower Market w our pals. Dude. We wait ALL year for this thing. 

Benny wasn't sure at first but quickly learned to love the ride. 

Watching live music. 

We finished up the evening by watching Kyle's t-ball game. Next week we are going to see Con-man and hopefully Parker. I spent about 80% of my childhood at the baseball games of my brothers. I can't wait until BBB plays. For the record, I would be down w my girls playing but they have negative interest.
