2 days ago I started giving the girls baths together. And by "together" I mean each in their own separate infant bath tub... because we're crazy paranoid and overprotective and don't let Jackie have the run of the entire bath tub until we sign her up for swimming lessons (which I intend to do soon). Don't judge. Also, Hillary has been edited. I am wary of internet predators looking for a cheap thrill! (And I know Jim would kill me for posting a legit naked pic online where any old stranger could sneak a peek-a-roo at one of his baby girls)
Anyway, Jax LOVED having company in the bath. The first time she just sat there smiling at Hillsy the entire time. The 2nd time (pictured above) Jax was so excited about the pending bath with her sister that she ran into the bathroom, tripped and face planted on the ground. Ouch.
Tonight I gave Jackie a bath alone because Hillary was napping. She cried and pointed to Hilly's seat saying, "Baby bath! Baby bath! Hilly!"So cute.
Also, today I put Hilly in her little seat. Jackie pulled a pillow up next to the seat and sat down next to Hilly and said, 'Hi!' I was on the other side of the room so I know she wasn't doing this to win points with me (as if).
Jackie is going to be so happy when Hillary can actually play with her.
Jackie's new thing is pointing to herself and saying, 'Jack!' How cute is that?
