Let the Winter Begin

After school we hit up P's. At school, Jack told me her job was Snack Helper and she handed out cups. Go Jack! She loves having a job at school. 

That night was bring-a-friend to gym so obvi we asked P. P was nervous bc there was a ton of commotion and Jackie was so comforting and protective. They held hands every chance they got and Jackie just kept giving her reassurance. 

Thursday morning, Jim got a special surprise in his slipper. Maybe our Elf on a Shelf arrived early...

Then we met our friends at DCM

The girls had fought a lot before we got to the DCM so when we got there a half hour earlier than everyone else and they played and laughed together, it was like zen for my soul. It's ridiculous how much I like the sound and sight of them getting along.

We also ran into Jax's friend Evelyn from school. Evelyn is super sweet and nice so I stalked her great aunt and then emailed her mom for a play date. 

Below is the man of the hour. He had a grand time sleeping in the carrier at the museum.

Hannah loves to ruin our games of memory. Jacks is seriously amazing at Memory. While playing, I actually wondered if my brain was rotting or not working properly. 

And these 2. This 3.5 year old can snuggle with a baby for HOURS. Yesterday the girls took turns reading him books. Benny Boy loves love.
