Recital and Santa

The delay for this post is justified bc last week was totally insane in a good way. Below is def a calmer moment before the storm. 

We decorated the tree last Sunday like 95% of people everywhere. It was chaotic and involved tons of screaming and excitement. I didn't even get our half the ornaments bc I fear for the future of the ornaments we DID get out.

Recital stuff began Wed w a regular rehearsal. Thurs was a full dress rehearsal w make up. She went nuts!! Loved it. 

Friday night was show time. 

I did not know what to expect but I loved it and so did she. She was a natural on stage and was clearly having fun w her friend P and the rest of her class. 

Hilly was awesome and watched 95% of the show. This week I actually miss the recital! I loved watching the little kids perform. So cute. 

Saturday night we visited at G and P's w Aunt Angie and Uncle Chris and I have no good pics. Jack had my camera and Hilly was passed out on the couch. 

Sunday Lou got the Royal treatment before we visited Santa w Emily and Miss Amy. 

We arrived and the entrance was lined with princesses. 

Dinner- 

Em and her friends took care of the kids and the kids think they are the coolest older people on the planet. They were in heaven the entire night. 

Jack finally joined the Mr and Mrs and Hill. Ben was not having it.

The princesses did 2 shows. 1 with a Q and A session and another w dancing. Guess who was actively involved in both? hill.
