We are celebrating like crazy over here...

Snuggles in between episodes of Blaze. Ben is an expert. 

Hilly's basketball. Below is last week. She was getting sooo close to making a basket. This week? She suckered that poor instructor into lifting her up for EVERY basket so she could slam dunk it. And because she was the only girl on the team, everyone cheered for her. All she did was use her girl power to manipulate this poor guy!! Hilly. Genius. Next time make the damn basket. 

Our tradition is after her basketball, to play ourselves. 

Later that night before cheer dance on the equipment. 

Sisters in cheer dance. Jack told me this week that Hilly will say to her "Jackie, ask them if I can go potty." Of course Jack says no and then Hilly says yes. But their little conversations among themselves interest me so much. 

We got home to find that our awesome neighbors- best ones ever- put out (or was it Santa??) an inflatable snow globe and since have put out a frosty and a Xmas welcome mat. These are epic in the kids lives. We are so lucky. 

Wed ben and I met some friends at lunch.

Thursday wellness visit. 

This girl was besties w the nurse before we left. Asked a million questions, got 2 vaccines, etc.. 

Friday we babysat baby Kate. I said to Benny that she was getting tired and he said "she's not tired. She wants to stay down here!" Someone didn't want to leave the race track!

Haircuts on Saturday

Sunday morning we saw Con-man in his Christmas pageant. It was awesome! And the kids played all day while the adults argued about nature v nurture. 

Then we drove straight to BJ's 

Afterwards we crashed our neighbors' family get together and it was so much fun. The kids adore Emily and her cousins and we really couldn't ask for better people to live nearby. 

That night I took a shower and expected to come out to mayhem. Instead this is what I found:
