I stole this pic from Sheena's facebook, because I am a huge aquarium and picture nerd. I loved touching these little sharks!
Here is Jack after school probably on Tuesday.
The girls cleaned their entire room one night to avoid falling asleep which is actually fine by me. They created the entire beach/bedroom scene for their American Girl dolls.
And below we are introducing baby #4 and baby boy #2- John. We like the name Johnny for a little guy. Ben wanted to name him Ben. And then Joey. Jim said Joey reminds him of an Italian from New Jersey (not that that's a bad thing, but it just doesn't accurately describe what is happening in this Irish-German house in Delaware). Middle name is yet to be determined. But here is Johnny Higgins.
This was such a beautiful day I had to take a pic. Plus, I love the house across the street.
Wednesday after I picked the little kids up from school we spent over 2.5 hours at the playground. I borrowed my friend's new puppy so she could get a much needed break from this little poop/pee/chew machine and it was AWESOME. Like everyone else in the world, we love us some puppy.
This was such a nice afternoon. Nobody whined, everybody played, etc..
Here is Hill and the pup, Rosie.
Sweet Rosie.
Ben and his crew from school under a tree. And one kid we don't know. But he's a boy who likes boy things and that's really the only requirement to hang out in this crew.
Wednesday, Hilly wore her catholic school uniform to school.
On Thursday while Hill was in ballet and Ben was at his friend, Sam's house, I saw this sign at our gym and I love it. I have found this to be very true.
Benny, chilling and reading a book. I snapped this pic before I took Jack to yoga.
Jim and Hill both saw me taking this pic so hammed it up like crazy. haha
After yoga. OMG the RAIN. I hate venting about the weather, but my main job in life is chauffeur and dragging kids and my minivan through insane downpours SUUUUUCKKKS.
Benny refusing to fall asleep, making for a very grumpy Ben the next day.
Swimming lessons on Friday.
Decorating eggs for the Shoemaker Easter. Hilly couldn't stop carrying hers around and of course dropped them and they all broke and the dogs ate them as she screamed and cried. Then she went up to my room, locked herself in (unbeknownst to us) and fell asleep. Jim came home and the door was lock. We started panicking and I broke down the door, crashing a mirror- the main mirror we have been using for the last 8 years. Dude.
Last night we saw Beauty and the Beast at Em's school. She was student director again and the girls LOVE it.
Hilly was shy around Belle, but snuck a feel of her silky dress.
They loved hanging w the crew and of course they tell every person with ears they are having a little brother. I should've waited to tell them!!! It's so awkward.
Soccer practice today. Did I tell you I'm the coach? Well I recruited 2 teachers to be my assistant coaches, which is awesome. I played soccer for 1 year in 1st grade and hated it. My only goal is for these girls to actually like it. And they do! I chose activities that kept them moving the entire time- no waiting around. They even ran long laps. They were awesome.
