Benny steered clear of the water but loved the sand. And the girls loved the water and the sand. All the kids played well for hours.
I think we stayed on beach til like 630. I could've stayed even longer.
We went to dinner that night probably a bit too late for the kids. BUT... Live and learn. They were really well behaved. Plus, we got to all squeeze into my minivan and sing songs from the bible school CD so.... It was a win for all.
We got home to our beloved bunny- who has a very strong personality.
Benny loving his toys from Grandma E.
Sunday we celebrated Miles' 1st birthday. Miles lives next door w trick-or-Trina and Jon.
Oh and this week we had princess ballet camp. We hit up Walmart for some new tutus.
Then relaxed.
First day of Princess ballet camp.
Benny ended up w a fever but that didn't stop us from ukelele lessons and gymnastics. Monday was a busy day.
Monday night after the kids went to bed, jim and I pulled out he bunny to try and make a best friend pair of Hannie and Corncob.
Tuesday was ballet camp and then the HAC where Hilly had yoga and then all the girls (Em included) took a drop in gymnastics class and climbed on the big maze. Then Em and I were feeling brave and took everyone to the mall. It was insane but super fun.
Wednesday we went to my college friend Colleen's in north jersey to drop off twin stuff.
I hadn't seen her for years and it was so nice.
I hadn't seen her for years and it was so nice.
We got home in time to ice skate.
Thursday night we hosted a play date for a number of Jackie's St Ann's friends. I want the transition back to school for her to be smooth! It was insane- like a blow out party. But also really fun. Below all the girls are singing Fight Song. Em was there and put on the music for them and basically helped in every way possible. And then after it's over we always get to dish on how we thought it went.
Benny playing w the Jake ship. Had to take a pic BC I swear nobody plays w this $40 piece of plastic and it bums me out.
Here are the finale penal let pics. The girls performed to 2 songs- Sofia the First and Rapunzel. They did really well. And below are their arabesques and their introductions.
Better pics of he girls w Annabel, Colleen's daughter.
