Update

The update re: Grandma is below. I want to show you just how little my children resemble me and how strongly they resemble Jim's fam. Above is cousin Finley. Not a spitting image of either Jackie or Hillary, but definitely a stronger resemblance to her as a baby than to me, feature below. A peanut-head even as a young babe. A happy peanut-head, but a peanut-head nonetheless.

And above is Nicholas. Umm, Jackie anyone? Anyway, these pics were taken when Jim and I were childless. At that time I didn't yet need a boob job. My how times have changed!

Thankfully, Grandma was diagnosed with a disease that is treatable called Wegener's. Wiki has a long entry about it and it mentioned that it was very rare- something like 10 in a million. Wtf?? Anyway, hopefully she is treated and back to her regularly scheduled programming. Unfortunately, she will not be able to make it to Christmas today, but I have high hopes for her next year.

I also had to include the picture above of my 2 first borns- Louie and Hannie. This was taken when I was studying for the bar. Jax was but a mere fetus at this point and her bedroom was an office. This was around the time that Lucy came out of the closet- Hannah's beauty was just irresistible to her. She should've known that we'd love (or hate) her despite her sexual preferences, but- ya know. I hope she can serve as a positive example for all homosexual beagles out there.
