Partay

We threw Jax her small family (and only) bday party yesterday and she had so much fun she cried when it was over. We were sad to see everyone go. Thanks for coming and hanging out!!

She had requested a Caillou and Gilbert (his cat) cake. She watched me decorate both cakes and kept saying to people at the party "my mommy made me those cakes for my birthday." she said the same thing about the streamers. I didn't even put up balloons. Just 2 streamers. Both girls were amazed. Set the bar low, my friends.

Jax received awesome gifts and has been playing w them ever since. Last night before bed we broke out the bath crayons, sponge and whistle. Jax usually dreads baths until she actually gets in, but this time both girls were butt naked & ready to go.

The girls were happily asleep by 6:45. Jim and I were happily watching Homeland shortly thereafter.
