Glorious Sweltering Heat

2 nights ago, we hit up the park- both girls were tired but our friend asked to meet us there and Jim was sick so we thought- sounds good. Jax was on the "balance beam" and fell and Hillers face-planted, so we left for din. I thought if the girls MADE eng muffin pizzas, they'd eat 'em. Nope, but I did and they were delish, but not Grotto's.

Below, please find Jax wearing the outfit she WANTED to wear to school on Wednesday- I had a parents' committee meeting, and the girls come along....

And below is Ben at 26 weeks, 5 days gestation.  This is the morning, so the bump is at its smallest.  It triples by night.

THEN we had Jack's Little Gym class.  Hillers was none too happy about the class which is at noon.  She wanted to be napping, but alas...

This morning the girls watching cartoons...in the middle of the night, Jackie woke up and changed her pajama pants.  Isn't that random?

And lastly, Hillers and I running errands while Jack was at school today.

After school, Jax and Hilly played together SO MUCH- without fighting.  I felt like I was living in an alternate universe.  It was awesome.  The playroom can be a volatile place with Hilly wanting to play with everything that Jackie is playing with, etc...

Hilly is OBSESSED with saying "thank you," and I think Jackie enjoys this communication. 

This playroom is a tornado area within minutes, but it absolutely never gets old to them, which is awesome.

Our old neighbor asked us to hang at 3:30 today... I just don't like committing to afternoon things between 1-430... lunch, definite Hilly naps, sometimes Jackie nap, etc... I can't cancel because I've cancelled the past 3 times.  Can I also just vent, since this is my blog and all, and I am pregnant and have less tolerance for life in general?  I don't like when people just assume you will come to them and work around THEIR schedule every.single.time.  Then again, be careful what you wish for- because if the neighbor boy came over to my house this afternoon, he would destroy it and his mom wouldn't even stop him from doing so because she has no control over him.  Maybe us going there is a blessing.
