Anyway, we had a fine time at our old neighbors'- only one incident potentially harmful to H as a result of neighbor-boy's bad behavior (chucked a basketball at her).
We also celebrated Jim's bday and the rest is a nauseous blur. We have to celebrate again properly. By Sunday I felt well enough to take girls to Aunt Lauren's bridal shower (pics below)- Jax tried to dress herself in something crazy looking but I convinced her to match. :) Anyway, it was beautiful and the girls were excellently behaved and got to hang with everyone, particularly cousin Jill. Jax thought we were going to Lauren's birthday party and was looking fwd to singing the birthday song. We then visited Aunt Smoddy and her parents where Smoddy braided Jack's hair and H ran around likens maniac. Smoddy clearly missed her calling for beauty school and I missed mine for nursing. How much less expensive are those degrees/certifications than a law degree! We then got Rita's with Grandma. We didn't leave Allentown til late bc we were having so much fun.
Today we had a playdate at P's house and nap. The girls are still tired from yesterday, but it is the best kind of tired. :)
I think it's hysterical that Jackie thought the bridal shower was Lauren's birthday. You should have had her sing anyways.
