The girls also got a bag from our old neighbors at our regularly scheduled playdate w little stuffed animals (adopted by Hilly) and Toy Story stickers. Our dining room chairs have been adorned with Buzz Lightyear.
I love how encouraging Jackie is as she teachers her dolls gymnastics, swim and how to walk. I hear "you are doing well! Good job! Your necklace is so beautiful!"
Last night and this morning the girls got to hang with Grandma and as I was getting ready to pick up Jim to see a movie (our first since Avatar, which is crazy when you think about it), I heard tons of laughter downstairs. The girls practically whisked me out the door. Jackie asked where I was going and then said "I will stay with Grandma."
Lastly I included a picture of a solitary freckle on Hilly's back. Each girl has a small pale birthmark (Jackie on back of leg, Hilly on her side), but this is the first legit freckle of either of them and I love it so much. I never thought I could find a brown dot this adorable or interesting, but, alas, I do. And I photographed it.
