Groceries

For starters, that isn't just dirt on Jack's nose- it's a booger-dirt mixture from wiping her very mild runny nose UP. And I guess it mixes w dirt from her hands. It is hard to scrub off and she fights it. Ugh!!! She is at school now and I have no doubt her nose has turned brown this past hour,
despite its previous peach hue.

Anyway, we were in charge of snack this week so after the museum with our friends and naps yesterday we hit up w fancy grocery store where I finally located a little cart for Jax. H was miserable and let the store know it, but Jax had a blast. She put all the groceries on the belt herself and parked her cart in it's "house- where it lives" after our trip. The simple things!!!

On ride home, when H saw me about to take a pic, she would yell "No!!!"

We got to take the 100 pound snack to school in the pouring rain today, which was a treat. I was to get margarine without milk. I got margarine with milk. I might get yelled at by the teacher but seriously- this specification was just too much. I could handle the 3 boxes of waffles, 12 bananas and sugar-free syrup.... And even margarine. But with a screaming Hillers and a Jackie who was overzealously loading her mini-cart with dairy items? I couldn't handle the milk-free part. Give me an F for being snack mom. I've earned it. Member at xmas I had to get a Jesus cake?

Hillers and I are chilling while Jack is at school. She was running around yelling "Jack!!!" looking for her in the house. :/
